We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Changes: We reserve the right to modify descriptions or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - THE CONTRACT (ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE)

Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted.

Acceptance: Our acceptance of your order takes place when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. At that point, a contract is formed between us.
Cancellations: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK customers generally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on how to exercise this right.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

VAT: Unless otherwise stated, prices are inclusive of UK VAT at the prevailing rate.
Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your card charged. If your card has been charged, we will issue a full refund.

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY AND RISK

Any delivery dates provided are estimates. While we aim to deliver within the timeframe indicated, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Risk: Under UK law, the goods are at our risk until they come into your physical possession (or the possession of someone identified by you to take delivery).

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SiliconSouk or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited licence to access the site for personal use only.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as payment gateways or tracking apps) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools ”as is” without any warranties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from our store. Our total liability to you for any loss arising under or in connection with the contract shall be limited to the total price of your order.
