1. DISPATCH TIMES

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day following the receipt of cleared payment.

Working Days: Our dispatch team operates Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & TRANSIT TIMES

We partner with reputable, tracked, and insured couriers - primarily Royal Mail - to ensure your products arrive safely.

Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days.
Peak Periods: Please note that during busy periods (such as Christmas or Black Friday) or in the event of severe weather, transit times may increase slightly.
Remote Locations: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and UK Islands may take an additional 1–2 working days.

3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to UK addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. DELIVERY RISK & RESPONSIBILITY

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods are our responsibility until they come into your physical possession or the possession of a person identified by you to take delivery (e.g., a neighbour).

Tracking: All parcels are fully tracked for your peace of mind.
Issues: If your tracking indicates the item has been delivered but you have not received it, please notify us immediately.

5. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated timeframe, please note that all delivery dates are estimates. SiliconSouk is not liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions or events outside of our reasonable control.
