What does "Certified Refurbished" mean?
Certified Refurbished means the product has been professionally inspected, cleaned, repaired (if necessary), and tested by the Original Manufacturer or an Authorized Refurbishment Partner to ensure it meets original factory specifications and standards. All products sold on SiliconSouk are certified and sourced directly from brands like GoPro, Logitech, and Belkin, or through our authorized partner, VYPER Industries Limited.
What are the different cosmetic conditions (grades) of your refurbished products?
All our refurbished products are fully functional, expertly tested, and covered by our 1-year guarantee. The different conditions relate only to the cosmetic appearance:
- Certified Refurbished: These products are sourced directly from the manufacturer and have been restored to like-new functional and aesthetic condition. This is the highest standard we offer.
- Refurbished Excellent (or Grade A): The product will look nearly new. You may see minimal, almost imperceptible cosmetic signs of previous use, such as micro-scratches on non-screen surfaces.
- Refurbished Good (or Grade B): The product will show light, visible signs of use, such as minor scratches or scuffs on the body or casing. These imperfections are purely cosmetic and do not affect the product's performance or functionality

Can I use a discount code on my order?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

What is your guarantee/warranty policy?
Every product purchased from SiliconSouk comes with a comprehensive One-year Guarantee (12 months) against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If your product fails due to a defect within this period, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.
What is your return policy?
We offer Free 30-day Returns from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us free of charge for a full refund, provided the item is in the same condition it was received.
