How much is delivery?

We operate a free delivery policy (to UK customers only).

How will my order be sent?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded services, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

How long does it take you to ship out/deliver?

We operate a before 4pm working day cut off for next working day delivery. If you miss the cut off then delivery will take 2 working days. Please do note that this delivery promise can be affected in times of adverse weather conditions.

Where do you deliver to?

All valid UK addresses. Please note we can only deliver to your Paypal address.

No international shipping offered at present.

Can I get a tracking number for my order?

A tracking number can be provided for your order, but due to the speed of delivery we do not provide them automatically. Please contact us if you require one.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If we are unable to gain access to your delivery address then the goods will be returned to your local post office. Royal Mail will leave a calling card with a contact number for you to arrange an alternative delivery date and time or to collect the parcel directly from your local post office.

All goods must be signed for to confirm receipt. If you are unavailable at this time we recommend a responsible adult is available to sign on your behalf.

What do I do if delivery takes too long?

If after 7 working days from order you still have not received your item, please contact us.
